1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made on the carista.lt website. The seller is MB “Autonas” (company code 305316375, VAT ID LT100012756513, Kaunas, Lithuania), the official representative of Carista products in the Baltic States. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Order and Conclusion of the Contract

The sales contract is considered concluded when you place an order and receive confirmation of it via email. If the items are out of stock, we will contact you within 1 business day to offer a new delivery date or issue a refund.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are listed in euros, including VAT. Payments are processed through the Revolut payment platform (Revolut Bank UAB—a bank licensed in Lithuania): by debit card or other methods supported by Revolut. Funds are debited from your card only after your order is confirmed. We do not see or store your payment information.

4. Delivery

  • We ship via Omniva and LP Express parcel lockers or by courier.
  • Packages are delivered to parcel lockers: in Lithuania within 1–2 business days, in Latvia within 1–3 business days, and in Estonia within 2–3 business days.
  • In other EU countries — within 3–7 business days.
  • Each shipment has a tracking number, which you will receive by email.

5. Refunds

  • Under EU law, you have the right to cancel a distance purchase agreement within 14 days of receiving the item, without giving a reason.
  • The returned item must be complete. If the value of the item has decreased due to use beyond what is necessary to check its nature and functionality, we may reduce the refund amount accordingly.
  • To return an item, please email info@carista.lt — we will send you return instructions. We will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the item using the same payment method.

6. Warranty

Carista Evo equipment comes with a 2-year warranty—we will replace any defective equipment at our own expense. The warranty does not cover mechanical damage resulting from improper use. Users are also entitled to all rights provided for under EU consumer protection legislation.

7. Liability

The Carista app changes only those settings that would also be changed by the dealership's diagnostic equipment, and every change is reversible. However, the user is responsible for any changes to the vehicle’s configuration made intentionally in violation of the instructions.

8. Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, you may contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (vvtat.lt) or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at ec.europa.eu/odr—which is available to buyers in all EU countries.
